Just a few reminders:
Almost everything we discuss at a tour is actually on the website! We've found couples to be less overwhelmed by new information at tours if they (and their friends/family in attendance) take a good look at the site before arriving. That way you are just soaking in the beautiful view when you get here.
Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before you feel comfortable signing a contract.
When you arrive, feel free to park anywhere in the driveway. If you're coming from the north, you'll see the big red barn when you're at the top of the first hill, and you'll take a left into the driveway. If you're coming from the south, we're about a half mile past State Line Road, and the driveway will be on the right once you hit the wooded patch of road.
Just a reminder - we do not hold dates without a contract. So it is possible that your preferred date may be booked prior to our tour. We do our very best to keep the website up to date, and we will contact you as soon as possible prior to your tour to let you know if your preferred date gets booked. .
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please give us 24 hours notice. We really appreciate how many couples do this without us asking and sincerely appreciate the notice if you can't make it for any reason!
Finally, we are a "no pressure" venue. We want what's best for YOU. For that reason we don't write contracts or take deposits onsite at tours. If Back Acres Farm is the ideal fit for your wedding day or event, all contract and deposit detailed will be handled via email and mail following your visit.
